For years, Madgie Nicolas has devoted her life to bring people together. With over 20 years in the political and public affairs arena, Madgie has served on several political campaigns, including Presidential, Gubernatorial, Congressional, and local campaigns at every level. She was an Appointee and Surrogate for the 45th President Donald J. Trump on Black Voices for Trump.
With her ambition to achieve extraordinary with today's urgent challenges in redefine coalitions and the culture of integrations, she founded Haitians for Trump coalition in 2016, where it's success by the success of engagement and involvement, Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee launched Haitians for Trump an Official Coalition for the President reelection. She lives at the intersection where business and politics meet.
Because the need has never been greater, she has launched a new company called 10X Strategies Consulting. A leader in Alternative solutions where traditional tactics are just not enough. Bringing the needs of the public sector to individuals in the private sector.
Madgie manages the day-to-day operations at 10X Strategies Consulting and serves as the Chief public representative for the firm. She appeared on multiple news outlets locally and nationally. As a Strategist with extensive years of experience in business, political theory, and community development, she's committed to using her voice of reason to help reframe many of the digital conversations we are having about politics and culture.
Madgie Nicolas and her team are effectively deploying key relationships to disseminate the right message in the right way especially when it comes to winning. Madgie travels often to meet clients, and enjoys spending time with her Son and Family. To top it, her Son Ty Murray is a 6X State Champion Wrestler and 2nd Best of the Country. Talk about "winning".
JOHN QUATTROCCHI
Chief Financial Officer
John Quattrocchi, is the Chief Financial Officer of 10X Strategies Consulting. He is also the owner of Corporate Financial Options LLC (CFO LLC), bookkeeping, tax, accounting and financial management. His full service work, from data entry to CFO level work, eliminates these burdens from the business owners and provides, better, faster, and more useful financial information.
John Q, began his lifelong work assisting business owners immediately upon his graduation with an Accounting degree from Emory University. Working in the small business section of public accounting, John Q has assisted hundreds of business owners in understanding their businesses by providing accurate financial information with the tools and guidance to understand and use the information to better manage their enterprise.
In his years in business, John Q has learned that some business owners operate at a handicap, because they have insufficient, incomplete and inaccurate financial information. He decided to create a solution. He devised a system that provides information in a manner that corrects operating inefficiencies, poor cash flow management and lower return on investment.
John Q looks forward to helping your business grow and flourish like he is doing for so many others in the Atlanta community and throughout the country.
ALEXANDER T. TENNANT

Dr. Alexander (Sandy) Tennant founded, owns and operates two successful companies. NESDC is a strategic planning, government relations firm founded in 1990 and NEFILIM Associates, LLC, founded in 2000, is a marketing and management consulting firm which is involved with a variety of corporations, nonprofit and educational organizations NESDC has represented over 150 U.S. companies based out of thirty-two different states and a dozen countries. The company has represented large, medium and small sized corporations in the areas of health care, real estate, technology, financing, banking, sports and entertainment.
NEFILIM has also been involved with a variety of organizations ranging from large public and private universities to nonprofit organizations such as Sports Legacy Institute, NFL and A Safe Haven Foundation in Chicago. NEFILIM has performed a variety of services for these various entities ranging from fundraising/financing to marketing to public relations and strategic planning.
Dr. Tennant has served on a variety of boards. He was one of the original founders of the International House of Blues Foundation (IHOBF) and has served as both a Director and/or Treasurer of the organization since it was originally founded. Dr. Tennant served as the Chairman of the American Heart Association and also served in a number of political positions including Chairman of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor’s Committees in Massachusetts and as Co Chair, Vice Chair and as a member of a number of national presidential political campaigns (e.g. Ronald Reagan, Robert Dole, George Bush Sr., George W. Bush, Mitt Romney and John McCain).
Dr. Tennant graduated cum laude in 1974 from Harvard College. In 1975 he earned a Masters degree from the Harvard School of Graduate Education in Administration and in 1983 he received a Doctorate degree in Planning, Social Policy & Administration.
